Test Anxiety

Nobody like taking test, and if you do well then i think there is something wrong with you. But when it comes down to it there are some easy things to do to stop the test anxiety. First get a good night of sleep before your test date, aka no partying. second make sure you have prepared yourself prior to five minutes before the exam, aka dont rely on cramming. and thirdly make sure you bring all the needed materials to the class aka if you need a calculator bring one etc. Do these things and you should be fine.
