Test Anxiety
Nobody like taking test, and if you do well then i think there is something wrong with you. But when it comes down to it there are some easy things to do to stop the test anxiety. First get a good night of sleep before your test date, aka no partying. second make sure you have prepared yourself prior to five minutes before the exam, aka dont rely on cramming. and thirdly make sure you bring all the needed materials to the class aka if you need a calculator bring one etc. Do these things and you should be fine.

Suicide
Its just not ok. THere is always something worth living for. If you feel that there is not i challenge u to come talk to me and i will prove you wrong. Somebody out there cares and everyone goes through hard times so suicide is never an answer. If you need help, there are people for that.
Stress
Stress affects us all. nobody is exempt from its torture. I think the best thing to do to cope with it is just take a couple of deep breathes and remember that in the end everything will be ok. A great way to help get rid of stress is to run. So get out there and run people it will also get the 66% of overwieght americans in better shape.

Intro: have previews? title: The Match? prologue? have pictures, videos of boxing ring, checkers, chess, boxer 1, trophies, awards, flashback, gloves, shoes, etc Music: something intenseBeginning: Boxer 1 walks through a vacant alley way. the setting is dark, gloomy, cold. Camera man focuses in on boxer walking and the location. There is a trainer leaning/sitting in a corner awaiting for Boxer 1 to walk by him. trainer is wearing dark clothes and looks suspious. Camera man zooms in on the look on trainers face.Trainer: Hey Son, you interested in doing my a favor?Boxer1: in a confronted way- what?trainer: I need someone to help me win this battle. Its a rivial match.Boxer1: what do i need to do?trainer: just listen to my intructions. ill give you all the training you need to survive.Boxer1: ahh...aight than.Transitions to boxing training room.trainer and boxer1 train crazy. camera man shows boxer running, lifting, doing polymetrics, eating right, etc.Trainer: Push it son....Dont give up...Boxer 1: in pain.Transitions to official rivial match.The lights and area. The music is intense. the roar of the crowd. Boxer one gets pumped up in the locker room. he puts on his gear and the trainer tells him your the chosen one. As the boxer one walks out to the ring, he sees his competitor.As boxer 1 walks up onto the ring he notices a table with a chess board on it!Boxer 1: What the F*ck!

Video Project update
well the procject is going smoothly. I still have have no clue when i am personally going to find time to film the thing but im sure ill figure it out eventually. The good thing is we found a solid plot and id love to tell you about it but im afraid i wont do it justice so your just going to have to wait for it to be published and check it out on youtube then, but trust me its going to be AWESOME!!!!!!!! Ill give you a small hint that i has something to do with sports but i cant really tell you anything else. But we learned how to use imovie in class the other day so its gonig to be absolutelty sweet! Im pumped for it.
Study time
So where is the best place to study. Well it varies from person to person, i personally enjoy a place where its nice and quite somewhere hopefully outdoors and hopefully a place where the internet works and doesnt cut out on you everytime you refresh the page. but ya if you get those things your good to go.

Day Dreaming
We all know that it can be fun but thats beyond the point. Day dreaming is a bad thing becasue it takes you out of the current moment and you dont soak in any of the information that you is beign said while your off in lala land so pay attention!!!
Stay awake in lecture
Lectures suck. there is simply too much information trying to be crammed down your throat in too short of a time. The best thing to do is to come mentally prepared and try not to get caught daydreaming during it. Just pay attention and it will be over before you know it.
